Refund policy

At Simply Glow Ohio, each candle is carefully handcrafted and made with attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles or custom designed items.
If your order arrives damaged, or defective, please contact us within five days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

For non-custom items, unused and unopened candles may be eligible for return within seven days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
