Processing time:  orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Custom or personalized candles may require additional time to ensure every detail is just right.

Shipping time:  One shipped, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Order tracking:  You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delays:  Please note that delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Incorrect addresses:  Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or lost packages:  If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within five days of delivery so we can assist you.
